Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse (i.e., before the end of the day on which the order has been placed). This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account.

2. You may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at with your order number in subject and a brief write-up within 7 days from the date of receipt of order. 

The refund shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of order.
  • The tags on the product should be intact.
  • The item should not be opened & used.
  • The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

3. You can cancel the order by using the cancel request button on the orders page.

4. If you had selected Cash on Delivery at the time of placing order, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

Order Issues

If you have any problems with your order (i.e. orders are not received, etc.), please do not hesitate to contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue promptly.

Returns / Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with each purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you are not satisfied with your order. Due to the nature of our products, returns are processed on an exchange basis. However, we may accommodate refunds if the product is returned due to damage or defect, or in the unlikely event of an allergic reaction. Do note that in order to receive an exchange or refund, you will have to reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and there must be 50% or more of the product left within the product container in order to qualify.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, please provide a photograph as proof of damage/defect and we will happily send a replacement.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. And International orders that are not claimed and returned back to us will not be entitled to a shipping refund, however, a refund amounting to the cost of the product/s purchased will be issued instead.

Beauty Garage is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Beauty Garage.
